These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from AMBANC Australia through our website.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. We aim to ensure that product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate. If an error is identified before an order is processed, we may contact you to confirm the correct information or cancel and refund the affected order.
Shipping
Orders within Australia are generally sent using Australia Post or another suitable delivery provider.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, stock availability, public holidays and carrier delays.
For international orders, delivery methods and charges may vary depending on destination. Any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Returns and Change of Mind
AMBANC Australia may accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges where the item is returned within the period advised to the customer, unused, unworn and in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
We are not required to provide a refund for a simple change of mind, but we may choose to offer an exchange or other remedy in accordance with our stated returns policy.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is normally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
These rights are not limited to a specific number of days and operate in addition to any voluntary warranty or returns policy offered by AMBANC Australia.
If we have sent an incorrect item, AMBANC Australia will arrange an appropriate solution and will not require the customer to bear reasonable return costs caused by our error.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, dimensions and descriptions accurately. Because products such as leather, brass, copper and handcrafted items may have natural variations, minor differences in colour, grain, finish or appearance may occur.

All website content, including AMBANC branding, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos and other material, is owned by or licensed to AMBANC Australia unless otherwise stated.
