SHIPPING:
Within Australia, we use Australia Post.
Please note that orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
Overseas: We use AirMail for international shipping, unless other specified by buyer.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Australian Orders: Delivery within 5 business days for orders placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday - Friday (For in-stock items only). Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

International orders: Delivery within 10 business days for orders placed by 11:00AM Monday – Friday AEST. (For in-stock items only)

Returns

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange.
Items returned within seven working days of purchase date will be exchanged for another item chosen by the customer.

If the product is faulty and we are notified within 7 days, we will gladly exchange or refund as requsted.

If an incorrect item has been shipped, Ambanc will waive exchanged item shipping charges.

All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the original invoice and returns form included.

The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen.
Please send your item to us using prepaid & traceable methods to ensure safe and documented delivery.
